Description:

СН-4312 is an aviation receiver, working from the signals of global satellite navigation systems GLONASS and GPS, their functional additions: satellite - SBAS (WAAS, EGNOS, MTSAT) and ground - GBAS (local control correcting station). Equipment СН-4312 meets requirements to QR-34-01 ed.3 (TSO‑C129A) and QR-200А to aircraft furnishings of satellite navigation of subclasses A1, B1, C1, and also performs functions of FMS.

performs the following tasks:

  • Navigation;
  • Flight planning;
  • Operating equipment of the aircraft.
 

Functions:

Equipment is made for:

  • high-accuracy flight navigational support of civil aircraft and civil helicopters at all stages of flight, including non-precision approach, in all metrological conditions, at day or night, all around the world
  • can be installed independently and as a part of avionics on new and being in operation civil aircraft and civil helicopters to be up to requirements of ICAO to basic (B-RNAV) and precise area navigation (P-RNAV).
  • to replace outdated GPS receivers, that are being currently in operation, in order to perform the Statutory order of the Russian Federation government from June 9, 2005 #365 «About equipping cosmic, carrier vehicle ...with satellite navigation equipment GLONASS or GLONASS/GPS».

СН-4312 provides:

  • Performs the tasks of navigation and the process of aero navigation, including the system of zone navigation RNAV, in accordance with the requirements of P‑RNAV (RNP-1) and В-RNAV (RNP-5).
  • Automatic or manual choice of the following main operational modes:
  • - navigation СНС from the signals of GLONASS and GPS;
  • - navigation СНС using the signals from SBAS;
  • - navigation СНС using the signals from GBAS;
  • - navigation DME/DME;
  • - navigation VOR/DME;
  • - navigation СВС (position reckoning mode by heading and speed data).
  • Landing approach by categories 1, APV2, APV1 using signals from GBAS in the format of SARP'S ICAO.
  • Operating avionics systems (type VOR, DME) in automatic and manual modes.
  • Passing of operating signals to autopilot system and identification system in digital (ARINC429) and analog form.
  • Joint work with different data bases: air navigational, user and aircraft performance characteristics.
  • Loading, storage and usage air navigational data base for current and next renewal cycles using Flash card.
  • Performance of SID/STAR/APPROACH procedures using air navigational data bases.
  • Formation and delivery of warning and emergency messages to crew at display or luminous-signal panel.
  • Graphic display flight root, standard departure procedure (SID), arrival (STAR) and non-precision approach (APPROACH) and also nearest airports and air navigational pinpoints.

 Equipment СН-4312 is developed in accordance with further development and modernization of aircraft equipment perspective, ground and satellite navigational systems.

  • QR-34-01 - Qualification requirements «Satellite navigation aircraft furnishings» (ed.3);
  • TSO-C129A - standardized technical requirements «Additional navigation aircraft furnishings that use signals from satellite navigational system (GPS)»;
  • QR-178В - «Requirements to software of aircraft furnishings and systems when certifying aircraft equipment»;
  • 9613-AN/937 - «Guidance on Required Navigation Performance (RNP)»;
  • JAA TGL-10 - «Air worthiness and operational approval for precise zone navigation RNAV in the set European air area»;
  • QR-160D - «External influencing factors».
